Why did no one tell me Giant Robot do a decent burger?! Developed originally for the Rotary Bar by Carl Clarke of Disco Bistro fame the Rotary Burger is a bit of a beast and well worth trying out.
Rare breed beef, bone marrow, and a ridiculously high fat
content make for a tasty if messy treat.
Given the amount of juice that pours off the thing the bun holds up well
and the cheese and bacon don’t overpower the deliciously beefy patty.
Apparently they are selling a thousand a week since the menu
changed and I can see why! A great alternative to Burger and Lobster around the corner.
